Mulk.uz brings three very different audiences into one marketplace: construction companies listing new developments, realtors managing inventory, and buyers searching for a home.

My role
As Lead UX/UI Designer at Anysoft I led the design of the platform, alongside client products like ProClear, Qarz Daftar and Personal Driver — and standardized the team's workflow around a shared design system while mentoring junior designers.
Process
Three audiences meant three different jobs-to-be-done on one platform — the information architecture had to serve a developer uploading a whole building and a family filtering by district with equal clarity.
