Bron lets people book ahead instead of waiting in line — a table at a restaurant, an hourly slot or VIP room at a game club, a specific master at a barbershop or beauty salon. One platform, four verticals, each with its own booking logic.
I designed the entire ecosystem end to end: the client mobile app, the hostess app for venue staff, a web admin for service owners and a super-admin panel — 200 screens across 48 modules, shipped as v1.0.
The system runs on a published Align UI library with a strict rule: nothing hand-drawn — every icon, badge and text style comes from the library, with local components only where the product truly needs them. Key decisions: deferred authentication (sign-in appears only when the user actually books, not at the door), vertical-specific flows — hourly slots with VIP rooms for game clubs, master selection for salons — and POS (iiko) integration so revenue data flows in from the till.
