Created under presidential decree UP-50, the platform gathers everything an entrepreneur needs into one place — organized around the business lifecycle, from planning and launch to growth and closure: 14 modules, a registry of 885 support tools, 720+ government services and OneID-based cabinets.

As UX/UI designer at the Ministry of Economy and Finance I design the platform end to end — from the service registry and knowledge base to community tools and the B2G communication flow — working directly with the ministry teams that own each service.
Government content tends to arrive as documents, not products. The core design work was turning regulations and registries into scannable, filterable interfaces — every service gets cost, timing, required documents and a direct path to apply online.

A business-information section gives entrepreneurs macroeconomic context before decisions: GDP, inflation, SMB share and trade dynamics, sourced from stat.uz, cbu.uz and customs.uz — designed as a live dashboard rather than a static report.

Industry guilds let entrepreneurs in textiles, tourism, IT or logistics ask peers and share suppliers, while the B2G module gives every business a guaranteed, tracked channel to any government agency — with response terms fixed by regulation.
