Cargo transportation in Uzbekistan largely ran on phone calls and paper. Carting set out to digitize it end-to-end: a transport management system connecting cargo owners, dispatchers and drivers across regions.

I worked embedded on-site at Cargo Prime as the product designer, owning the design end-to-end — from dispatcher dashboards on the web to driver flows on mobile, including real-time cargo tracking.

Two very different users, one system: dispatchers live in dense, data-heavy dashboards; drivers need large targets and zero ambiguity on the road. I designed both sides and established a design system that kept multi-team delivery consistent across web and mobile.
